Open box. Google fiber provided these new and installed them and they were in use for about a week. I need 5 mesh routers, so I went back to the Asus routers I had before. These Nest mesh routers were actually faster and better than the Asus ones I replaced them with, I just did not want to have to buy 3 more of the Nest.
